Wedding newsletters are a great, but not mandatory, detail to your wedding. It is a great way to let your guests, family and friends know all about the details and information in one easy source. It often contains important information that they will need, in a written source, so it is less likely to be forgotten. This is also a great way to share all of the bliss that comes along with wedding planning, and use some of your engagement photos as well. It’s an item that family members will keep for a long time, so make sure it represents your personality!
The information that is included should be: individuals involved in your wedding, and contact information in case they need information. You can also mention who is doing the photography or floral, and any other details you want to include. Your maids and groomsmen can also use it to specify certain resources, or list some biographies on the attendants and what their relationship is to you. This will make the meeting and combining of two families more smooth.
This newsletter should involve a couple of editions, sent out through out the wedding process. The first one being before the wedding party, and the last before the wedding.
